What we collect
Nothing personal. We do not set advertising cookies and we do not build a profile of you. Like any website, our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical request logs solely to keep the service secure and online; these are not used for marketing and are not shared with third parties.
Third-party data sources
Our safety information is compiled from official sources including the US State Department, the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office, and the World Health Organization, alongside recognised meteorological and conflict-monitoring bodies. Simply reading our pages does not contact those organisations. If you follow a "Read original bulletin" link out to a publisher, their own privacy policy applies from that point on.
Changes
If our data-handling practices change in any meaningful way, we will update this page and note the date of the change at the top.
